Ingredients
3 cups Rice
1 cup Beans (chopped)
1 cup Carrot (chopped)
1 cup Green peas (chopped)
1 cup Potato (chopped)
1 cup Turnip (chopped)
1 bunch Mint leaves (chopped)
2-3 Cardamom
2 sticks Cinnamon
3-4 Cloves
1” piece Ginger (grated)
10-12 pods Garlic (chopped)
4 Onion (chopped)
Salt – as per taste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
4 Green chillies (slit lengthwise)
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
½ cup Oil
Paneer [optional]
Directions
In a pan add oil then the cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, chopped onion, ginger, garlic then the mint leaves fry then until golden in colorAdd the green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder then again roast them until the raw smell goes off
Now add all the vegetables, paneer again fry for 2 minutes then add the rice fry for 2 more minutes
Add salt mix well and pressure cook until it gives out three whistles.
