Plain.cake 1
rafhan custard say custard banalen ek litre milk mai ya phir take
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1 cup
Plain cake 1 pound
Corn.flour 3-4 tablespoons
Mix fruit cocktail tin 1
Cream 1 packet (koi si bhi) nestle ya jo bhi
jelly 2 packets
Almonds pistachios (optional)for garnishing
Method
Pehlay milk mai sugar dalker pakayein.on.low flame then in a separate cup , put some cold milk and add corn.flour into it mix well enough..then add it into that warm sugar milk mixture and let it cook on low flame until you see little custard type thick consistency ..turn off stove (choola bund kerden) and thanda honay den..
aur jellies bhi alag say banaker rakhden refrigerator mai .
Sabsay pehlay cake k slices ki layer lagayein phir jo fruit Can /tin mai syrup hai woh dalden cake k oper takay moist hojaye..then add cream then add fruits jo tin mai thay..then yeh custard mixture then jelly and sprinkle with sliced almonds and pistachios on top.
Tip
Never mix corn flour in hot milk or else it will form lumps.( gutlian bunjati hai islye kabhi garam doodh mai corn flour mix mat kareyga balkay thanday doodh ya room.temperature doodh mai.mix kerkay phir daleyga.
